2. Website access and hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify. When the site is accessed, technically necessary connection data is processed, including the IP address, time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, and browser and device information. This processing is necessary to provide the website and ensure its security.

3. Contact form

When you send a stay enquiry via the contact form, we process the information entered there – in particular your name, email address, travel dates, number of guests and message – solely to handle your enquiry and related communication.

The form is processed through Netlify Forms. A notification is also sent to kerjardin.morgat@gmail.com. If the website was opened via a tagged campaign link, basic source information such as campaign source or campaign name may also be stored with the enquiry.

4. Contact by email

If you contact us directly by email, the data you send is processed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions.

5. External links

The website contains links to external services such as Google Maps, Airbnb and Booking.com. The external website is only contacted when you actively click such a link. The respective provider’s privacy policy applies to data processing there.

6. Audience measurement and interactions

Netlify Web Analytics is used for anonymous audience measurement. The analysis is performed server-side using website delivery data. No analytics cookies are set and no tracking code from advertising networks is embedded.

The website also records selected non-personal interactions as simple requests to this same website, such as opening the gallery, clicking Google Maps routes or successfully submitting a stay enquiry. Names, email addresses and message contents are not sent in these interaction events. If a link contains UTM parameters, source, medium and campaign name may be included for performance measurement. No cookies or persistent identifiers are used for this purpose.

7. Retention period

Enquiries are stored only for as long as necessary to process them and continue the related communication, or where statutory retention obligations apply.

8. Your rights

Under applicable data protection law, you may in particular have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also generally have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
